jjIndustry expert mentors move the needle for early-stage startups to enhance strategic development plans.

Jacqueline Jensen, Community Evangelist at Piktochart and Las Vegas Entrepreneurs’ Organization’s Female Entrepreneur of the Year in 2013 has been a devoted mentor to the cohort through the first three weeks of the program.

“Jacqueline has tremendous insight into developing community and identifying users that can be brand advocates and influencers,” Nick Jones, CEO of JRNL said. “Today’s Internet user is looking for more than a cool site. They want to be a part of something and Jacqueline is great about recommending tools and philosophies that translate to a myriad of different businesses. She’s one of the mentors I really looked forward to meeting.”

As a seasoned entrepreneur, Jensen finds joy through involvement with startup communities.

“I’ve greatly enjoyed each meeting with the BoomStartup teams,” Jensen said. “Investing in growing startup ecosystems is something I’ve been passionate about since launching my own startup. It’s important to me to be an active participant in the startup community, and I’m grateful the team at BoomStartup gives me a platform to do that!”
