OpenUp: Funding Sources for Growth
Raising money is important to every business, and money always comes at a cost. If you are self-funded and bootstrapped, the cost is that you’re on the hook to deliver value to your customers and another hidden cost is that your growth may be impaired by the resources you can afford. Additional funding sources are often evaluated and pursued according to the business type, the stage of the business, and the application of the capital.
This webinar is taught by Curtis Howe, CEO veteran and BoomStartup mentor, and Tara Spalding where they cover the three basic types of capital raise (dilutive, non-dilutive, debt) and how different capital sources will evaluate your company based upon your capital ask. Not every capital type is applicable to every business, and certain types require maturity to attain.
This webinar will cover
- How to evaluate a company maturity that every funding source cares about
- Capital accessibility according to growth and profitability
- Equity sources by business stage
- Where pre-revenue companies can find capital
- Not fundable signals to capital resources
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Founders who are considering funding to further grow their business.
