The key to improving, obtaining, or retaining users or customers is to start by measuring. Measure your Product Market Fit (PMF) so you know what to prioritize when it comes to testing and improvements, and how to track the outcomes to each adjustment made.
In this results-driven RiseUp Sprint we will teach you how to implement the ways to measure your product market fit at your startup, and then how to analyze the results together and work out a practical action plan that will get you aligned to your company’s north star.
Homework assignment 1 studies your product market fit situation and comes back with the numbers and conclusions in a short presentation.
Homework assignment 2 identifies the next steps – either product oriented or growth/marketing oriented plan to increase their growth.
This will be reviewed in the last session on Friday.
