For those of you I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting, let me introduce myself. My name is Sydney, and I’m BoomStartup’s newest MD. It’s been a little less than a month since I’ve taken over the role and I thought I would share my reflections so far.
There has been a lot going on behind the scenes! Since joining forces with Assure, we’ve been busy making big plans. We’ve launched Assure Technology, hired a team of some of Utah’s best architects and developers, and we will soon be integrating BoomStartup Online with Assure Technology’s flagship tech platform, Glassboard.
Why is that so exciting? Assure has paved the way for the ascendance of “super angels,” and transformed the speed and ease involved with structuring and closing venture deals. This means BoomStartup can now unlock more capital for entrepreneurs than ever before, powered by leading edge technology. I can’t stop thinking about the possibilities.

My vision for BoomStartup is to re-imagine the way we can accelerate companies, and bring more resources to founders with innovative ideas that can change the world.
